In addition to preserving small collections, Make It Last provides extensive archival services to institutions and private individuals with larger collections. This can be anything from one box to an entire archive of papers. Regardless of its shape, size or previous organization, we offer full, professional assessments and service.

Many organizations find themselves with a growing archive and realize that it has historic value. It tells the story of their success and longevity. Such a collection needs care, order, and accessibility.Make It Last takes care of this for you, and you do not have to hire permanent staff for the collection. We leave behind organized sets of papers, clean and in proper storage. The service includes a searchable listing of the contents in a computer database (usually in a common program, such as MS Word – the software is your choice.)

Upon completion of the task, we can perform regular maintenance of the collection as needed. In fact, if you have an established collection, we can also simply maintain it according to set standards.
